Nikon L35AF

How much? $50/€40/€38…. Worth? A whole bunch more, especially in this almost mint condition! However attractive the price was, it was the fact this little point and shoot signifies Nikon’s first auto-focus point and shoot… Nicknamed “Pikaichi” (Japanese for “top notch”) and released in 1983.

This particular model can be set up to 1000 ISO compared to some others which went only to 400 which provides even more flexibility shooting different scenes and even after all these years, it meters perfectly, pops up and fires the flash when needed and nails focus every time!

Super happy with this solid little 35mm piece of Nikon’s history and pleased to have it along side my Nikon F4, another legendary camera.
