This was Mihaela's and my first photo session in quite some time! Between our busy lives and me moving studio, it seemed that we just managed to miss each other and sadly, not manage to create any work.
However, once I had settled into my new studio, I was beginning to experiment with the idea using constant lighting, instead of the typical strobe lighting that I use when working in my studio space. I wanted to capture images in a classic portrait style, with shallow depth of field, which would not have been possible with the studio strobes due to their power!
I had no idea what to expect from this session, there was no planning that went into it.. just a vision. One that I think turned out pretty great considering we hadn't worked together in some time and I hadn't worked with constant lighting in my studio ever before!
