The Seagull DF was my first functional film camera. I picked it up from a local market in here in Cluj-Napoca and was massively surprised to find out that this camera actually has quite a bit of history. The exact model I have was released in China and wasn't actually intended for European markets, so not sure how it ended up in Romania, however, it's a clone of the Minolta SR-T 101 from the 1960s and a wonderful piece of gear to shoot on.
It taught me how to shoot film, because it's fully manual and doesn't have any light meter and the results blew me away.
