Photo removal request
If you’re the person in a photo session on this website – or act for them – you can ask for photos to be changed or removed here.
Every session here was photographed and published under the agreement made at the time (a model release, TFCD agreement or booking) and with the consent of the people in it. Circumstances can change in ways nobody could have predicted, so I’ll always listen. How it works is set out in the Terms & Disclaimer; in short:
- Free: safety concerns, no signed release or under 18 at the time, use beyond what we agreed, data-protection requests – and smaller changes such as removing your name, hiding photos or taking a session off the homepage and social media.
- Release buy-out: full removal of a session covered by a signed release, purely because you’ve changed your mind, is reimbursed at the value of the session and the materials used – never more, and waived in hardship.
